Enoshima's landforms were shaped by tectonic/crustal movement.
「地形」は、簡単に言うなら、landform で良いと思います。
「作られた」ですが、この場合には、「形作られた」ということだと思いますので、shape もしくは form を使うのが良いと思います。formations were formed は、form が重なってしまって変ですから、今回は、shape を選びました。
地殻変動は、「地殻の、地殻変動の」という意味の tectonic または crustal を使って、tectonic movement 、crustal movement で表現できます。
tectonic は、plate tectonics （プレートテクトニクス）でも用いられていますね。

「地形」はlandform(s)のほかにterrainも使えます。
terrainは不可算名詞です。
「によって作られました」は受動態でwas made byでもいいし、was created byも言うことができます。
「地殻変動」はtectonic/crustal movementでいいと思いますが、movementの代わりにactivityも使われます。(tectonic (plate) activity / crustal activity)
また、「によって」のbyのほかに、due to（～が原因で）やas a result of（～の結果として）も使うことができます：
