「バリエーション」って英語でなんて言うの？

「いろんな」の different や many different を良くつけますが types （種類）または variations (バリエーション）だけでは通じます。 「その車は色んなバリエーションがある」There are many different types of this car. 「あの投手は色んなバリエーションのストレートを持っている 」That pitcher has many variations of pitches. variation の方は微妙に違う違いがある時に使います。 type の方は幅広い「種類」「違う形」であるものに使います。
