Shreddin’ The Gnar – this means riding the terrain. Basically it’s a really cool way to say, “We’re going snowboarding.” People who snowboard often knows these terms, but beginners may need an explanation.

*snowboarding に"ing"をつけずに"snowboard"だけでも、もちろん動詞として正しいです。ただ、"snowboard"だけだと、スノーボードの滑る行為そのもののみを指してるようになります。雪山に行きスノボを楽しむ、という全体の行為行動を指すのであれば、やはり"go snowboarding"方が自然です。"running" や"jogging"も同じですね。

２つめの方が相手に意思を聞いているニュアンスがすこしだけでます。
