"On three" is a common way of beginning a countdown. It clarifies exactly where the action should begin, which is right when the person says "three" and not after.
"Two, six, heave" is a phrase used to coordinate seamen's pulling. It is widely believed to derive from the orders used in firing shipboard cannons.
More usual is: "One, two, three...lift!"
Ready, set, go - said at the start of a race, especially one for children

However another way of saying this i have mentioned in B "On three" Meaning on the count of three you will lift the desk.
Ready,steady Go!
Is also another expression you could use.
I hope this will help :-)
'On 3' determines when exactly you're going to lift the object - on the third count.
'After 3' clarifies that you will lift after the third count.
'To me, to you' was actually used in a children's programme a few years ago when the two main characters would lift or move something. It has since become widely used by many people to determine direction when moving something.
There are lots of ways to synchronise lifting objects.
To be precise when lifting with you would use a count down such as
"After 3. 1,2,3"
Especially useful if lifting is not your normal job!
Between friends it's a good idea to check with your partner if they have a firm grip, if they are ready to lift and then to use a word or phrase to indicate that you should start lifting.
Got it? (Have you got a good grip?)
Ready? (Are you ready to lift?)
Lets' go (Start lifting now.)
"After 3. 1,2,3"(3の後ね。
Got it? (Have you got a good grip?)
Ready? (Are you ready to lift?)
Lets' go (Start lifting now.)
There is no set formula for this cue...We say; "Ready -set- and... lift"
When group of people comes together to lift a heavy object... they normally agree the" timing cue" beforehand:-D (or it is a messy result!)
Traditional timing cues include a count down: 3-2-1 - go! or a count in 1-2-3 lift!
As long as all understand the right moment to.."LIFT! " then will be well:-)
We will lift on the count of three. One two three.
Ready set go.
Let's lift now.
We will lift on the count of three. One two three.
You could also say ready set go or let's lift now.
【例】
We will lift on the count of three. One two three.
"Ready set go"
"Let's lift now"
"On the count of three...I,2,3!"and "Ready ,set and up we go!"are two ways to indicate that there is a timing for the lifting of a heavy desk. You might also say :
-"When I say go we should all lift, okay?"
-On your marks ,get set ,GO!
In most instances the people you are lifting with will listen to the tone of your voice as a timer or marker that they should lift at a certain point.
"On the count of three...I,2,3!"(1,2、3のカウントでいくよ。1、2,3!)
"Ready ,set and up we go!"(いい?
-"When I say go we should all lift, okay?"(私がGoと言ったらあげるよ、オーケー?)
-On your marks ,get set ,GO!(いい?
It is important to clarify this BEFORE you all start lifting something. There have been some very funny (dangerous) moments when it wasn't clarified beforehand.
The most common expression is counting to three. The discussion would be that on the count of three we will lift the 'couch'. "Let's agree to count to three then lift"
Alternatively, you could say that 'on three' We will all lift the object. This way you all know that once you count to three that is the cue to lift or put the object down.
"Let's agree to count to three then lift"
