In terms of communication here, it seems that you mainly just wish to express your interest and allow the person who had a dream to understand fully that would like to know more information about their dream: "I'd love to know the details." Just a comment about your level of interest is probably all that is required: "I'd love to know the details."

Sometimes we lose our "train of thought" ( idiom) mid-sentence! It's a bit of a trick recall exactly what our point was;-)) It's more common than you might imagine. In a bid to let the dreamer know that his/her dream fascinates you, you must tell her that to you, it is very important that she remembers the part of the dream that she has forgotten and tell you all about it. Because the part that she has already told you is interesting, it is imperative that you hear about the rest of the dream. So, you may say: I am interested in knowing all about it. Let me know when you remember. or I would like to hear about the whole dream. Let me know when you remember.

Example sentences: I am so looking forward to hearing about it. Let me know when you remember. I can't wait to hear more. I am really keen on hearing about it! I am so wanting to hear what you have to say. I can hardly wait to hear more.
