"on the count of ten" - this means the same thing as "after counting to ten" e.g. I have a surprise for you. On the count of ten, open your eyes. One, two... ten. Surprise!

If this is for a child, you can always make up a really nice song to encourage them to get out of the tub. If you make it into a game, they will play right along!

In this case, you may either make a suggestion or ask the child's opinion about counting before getting out of the bath. "Let's.....!" is a good introduction to making a suggestion which you and another person or group of people may like to do. "Let's visit our old school this afternoon!" 'Shall we...?' may be used when asking someone's opinion about a suggestion you are making: "Shall we eat before going to the theatre?"

"After we count to 10 you can get out the bath" this statement is explaining that after counting to 10 (1,2,3,4,5 etc..) the child can get out of the bath tub (bath for short) "lets count down from 10 and then you can come out of the bath" 'Countdown' is often the other way around from counting to or counting up, countdown is where you start form the number, in this case, 10 (10,9,8,7 etc..).

Both sentences imply that you are going to count to ten, and once you reach ten, you should both exit the bath. "On the count of ten" is another way of saying "Once I reach ten".
