「何か、他の話をしましょうか」って英語でなんて言うの？

話題がまずかったので変えようとするときに。

「何か」はなくても通じるといえば通じるのですが、できれば日本語のニュアンスとして伝えたいです。英語だとどう表現できるのでしょうか？
