どこかに返金出来ない旨の記載があるが、会計の際に念押ししたいという状況であると想定し、回答例を考えました。どちらも、「この商品に関しては、払い戻し対象でないことをご了承下さい。」という感じです。

簡単に伝えるように二つの文章に分けていました。
purchase は「買い上げ」で、
「返金できない」は cannot be refunded の受け身。
「よろしいですか」は色々な英訳がありますが言いやすい方は丁寧な直訳の Is that okay? です。
OK? だけはあまり丁寧ではありませんので OK を完全完成の文章で伝えてください。
"This item is non-refundable. Is that ok?"
"Non-refundable" and "not refundable" have the same meaning, which is: you can not get a refund (the purchase price) back if product returned.
"This item is non-refundable. Is that ok?"（この商品は返金できませんが、よろしいですか）
"non-refundable"（返金不可の）と"not refundable"は同じ意味です。商品に支払ったお金が戻ってこないことを表します。

Both sentences advise the customer that the item is not available for refund. Both remain courteous and offer the customer the option to reply in the event the customer is not satisfied with the item not being returnable.
上記例文はどちらも「返金出来ない商品」であることをお客様に伝える文章です。
もしかしたら、お客様が返金不可な商品であることに不満を抱くかもしれないシチェーションを想定した丁寧な伝え方です。

There are lots of other ways to say it, but this one is the most accurate and most commonly used.
Here is an example on how to use this in a conversation:
