簡単に伝えるように二つの文章に分けていました。
purchase は「買い上げ」で、
「返金できない」は cannot be refunded の受け身。
「よろしいですか」は色々な英訳がありますが言いやすい方は丁寧な直訳の Is that okay? です。
OK? だけはあまり丁寧ではありませんので OK を完全完成の文章で伝えてください。
All sales are final in the purchase of this item, no refunds are available.
Both sentences advise the customer that the item is not available for refund. Both remain courteous and offer the customer the option to reply in the event the customer is not satisfied with the item not being returnable.
The product is non-refundable. Are you ok with that?
This item is non-refundable. Is that ok?
This is not refundable, okay?
"This item is non-refundable. Is that ok?"
"Non-refundable" and "not refundable" have the same meaning, which is: you can not get a refund (the purchase price) back if product returned.
"This item is non-refundable. Is that ok?"（この商品は返金できませんが、よろしいですか）
"non-refundable"（返金不可の）と"not refundable"は同じ意味です。商品に支払ったお金が戻ってこないことを表します。
The prefix 'non' signifies: not, not particpating, no or negative. This prefix is often added spotaneously to another noun, adjective or phrase depending on the situation:
'Of all the children, John was the only non ice cream eater.' (John was the only child who did not eat ice cream)

You can't refund this product, is that okay with you?
This item can't be refunded, are you fine with that?
Native speakers will say like this: “Please notice that this product can't be refunded”.
There are lots of other ways to say it, but this one is the most accurate and most commonly used.
Here is an example on how to use this in a conversation:
A: If you buy this product you can't refund it later, is that okay with you?
B: That's fine. Thank you for telling me!
