[もつ](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/84856/)（臓物）は英語で「giblets」や「innards」、「offal」、「tripe」になります。「giblets/innards/offal」はあまり「[美味しそう](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/105942/)な」イメージがないので、「tripe」という少し婉曲的な言葉を使った方が良いと思います。
豚のもつであれば、「pork tripe」という表現を使います。牛であれば、「beef tripe」を使います。
「[鍋](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36501/)」は「hotpot」になり、「～焼き」は「grilled ～」という表現を使います。まとめると・・・
