If you have future goals, it will be helpful if you are specific when you writing to future self. If your dream is to own a house or car you can say "Have you bought your dream house/car yet?" or "Are you living your dream of driving a Ferrari?"

If you fullfill something it means to do or achieve the things that you want/wanted to so if you want to ask if the goals/dreams you had have happened then you would ask 'have you fulfilled your dreams?' a common saying is for your 'dreams to come true' this means what you wish for has happened so you might ask 'have your dreams come true?'
