I never did there というのは英語的におかしいので相手に伝わらない気がします。

"I've never been there before" means you haven't gone to a certain location in the past. You can hear this phrase a lot in conversations, especially in certain areas where restaurants and eating out are popular and people like to discuss different locales they have visited, or recommend places to eat to their friends. This applies to other situations as well, such as traveling abroad or locally.
"I haven't gone/been there yet" are ways to say you have not visited a certain location, but you might or you would like to. "Yet"at the end of the sentence means there is a possibility you will go to that place one day.
"I've never been there before"とは、過去にある場所へ行ったことがないという意味です。特に、レストランや外食が人気のあるエリアで、いったことのあるローカルのお店やおすすめの場所を友達に話すことが好きな人もいるので、会話でよく耳にするでしょう。

"I'd love to" + verb expresses something that will greatly please you should you do it at sometime in the future.

A certain place or an event could also be described in this way...
"London fashion week was all new to us"...we had been trying for years to get tickets

To go somewhere is to visit so you could say "I have never visited there" or "I have never been there". If it is somewhere you would like to go you can say "I have never been there but I would like to visit (the place) in the future".
どこかへ行くという事は"visit"（訪ねる）と言う事ですね。

There are many ways to express something you never did before. You could use "it would be my first time visiting UK" , "I have never been there" to express that its new to you.
"It would be my first time visiting UK" （イギリスにはまだ行ったことがありません）
"I have never been there" （そこには行ったことがありません）
"I am going to Canada for the first time have you been there?" （初めてカナダに行きます。あなたは行ったことがありますか？）
今までしたことがないことを表す言い方はたくさんあります。例えば、"It would be my first time visiting UK" "I have never been there"などと表せます。
