"Job magazine" and "recruitment magazine" refers to a whole book dedicated to advertising jobs.
"Job column" is normally found in a section of a newspaper.
classified ads / the classified section / the classifieds
I've been searching for a job online to no avail, so I think I'll check the classified section of my local newspaper.
For us, we usually look for jobs with "job leaflets," which are sheets of papers handed out with information about job openings.
Some people also search for jobs in the "classifieds" or "classified section" or "classified ads" of a print or online newspaper.
A magazine or newspaper entirely devoted to jobs is a rarity in the UK and you are far more likely to look for work in the 'situations vacant' column of a local newspaper. However if you are lucky enough to come across a dedicated publication which may help you find work, it may be described as 'A New Jobs magazine,' or 'a Work Opportunites magazine.'

In the UK, we don't have magazines specifically for job recruitment, filled entirely with just employment opportunities.
The closest printed publication we have to this would be a leaflet or booklet (similar to a magazine but smaller in size with less pages) produced by a recruitment agency, advertising the current vacancies they are trying to fill. A recruitment agency works on behalf of companies to find staff. The company pays money to the recruitment agency to advertise and find suitable candidates for the available job.
We also have specifc section in printed newspapers or magazines, known as the 'classified' adverts or 'ads'. This section has various headings, one of which is 'job vacancies' and employment opportunities are printed there. Other headings in the classified section include 'items for sale', 'items wanted', and many more.
When looking for a job you could look in a magazine that has job vacancies this is called a 'job magazine' or a 'recruitment magazine'
Sometimes there is a section in the normal newspaper this is referred to as a 'job page' or 'job column'
