This depends on your teacher. Some of my Japanese students just want to be called by their name and not OO-san. This is the same for teachers. I prefer to be called Jane - not Teacher Jane. Probably the best way of addressing an online teacher is by saying, 'Teacher X' where X is the first name of the teacher. So, for example, you could say, 'Teacher Robert.'...or even, 'Robert.' With younger teachers, they usually expect them to only use their name. If they are older then you could add Mr/Miss. But both are fine.

You can say for example Teacher Natsai. It will be a hard to call them Ms/Mrs because you are not aware weather they married or not.

To be honest, I think just using their name is absolutely fine because in English culture, for example, people call each other by their names in any situation.

I am an online teacher and I ask my student to just call me by my name. In Ireland and the UK we do not have an equivalent to '-san'. In a school classroom, it is more common to call a teacher by Mr or Miss and the surname. Example: Mr. Ball or Miss. Ball.
