I'm in the process of enrolling in an English school. This phrase indicates you are busy organising things so that you will attend school. To enroll means to put yourself on an official list to do something. It relieves you from having to say I am not working as it indicates you will be going to school and therefore will not work.
「I'm in the process of enrolling in an English school（英会話学校に入る手続きをしています）」は「学校に入るための準備で忙しい」というニュアンスになります。"enroll" は「（～する）登録をする」という意味です。「学校に行くので働かない」と伝わると思います。「仕事をしてません（I am not working）」と言わずに済みます。

at the moment: is a phrase that is commonly used that means something happening right now.

If you went to school previously and are thinking of going to school just add the word "back" like in the phrases above but if this is the first time you go to school, then no need for it!
