関係は英語で relationshipと言います。名詞です。
「関係している」や「関係がある」は is related to と言います。Has a relationship to とも言います。

「関係」は英語で「relation」と言います。「relationship」も言えます。両方はだいたい同じですが、私は「relationship」が人と人の繋がりを表す単語と思っています。
寝る時間と成績は関係があるらしいです。

「関係」という言葉を英語で表すと、「relationship」という言葉になります。「Relationship」は単数形で、「relationships」は複数形です。例えば、「I have a very good relationship with my mother.」と言っても良いと考えました。「Mother」は「母」という意味があります。「〜と関係がある」は「be related to ~」です。例えば、「These documents are related to this case.」という文章を使っても良いと考えました。「Documents」は「書類」という意味があって、「case」は「件」という意味があります。
「関係がある」は英語で「be related to」になります。日常会話で「to do with ～」という言い方もよく使われています。「関係」という名詞は「relationship」になります。

Connection という言葉は「関係」という意味を表しています。

英語では、「〜につながりがある」を「〜is connected to〜」と言います。
