Can (Could) I get 〇〇?「〇〇をください(いただけますか)。」

The format, "I'd like...." is a polite, indirect way of asking for something. It is appropriate in both formal and social situations.
Eg. "I'd like coffee, white with sugar please."
I'd like....

I'd like coffee, white with sugar please.

When you go to a convenience store if you just mention the words 'cigarettes' the cashier will understand you. But you can use a full sentence if you want to practice using complete sentences.

Cigarettes.
Cigarettes, please.
Can I buy some cigarettes?
I would like to buy some cigarettes.
I'd like to purchase cigarettes, please.

Just in case, I'll provide a slang term for cigarettes.

Do you have any smokes?
I'd like to buy some smokes, please.
Cigarettes.
Cigarettes, please.
Can I buy some cigarettes?
I would like to buy some cigarettes.
I'd like to purchase cigarettes, please.

Do you have any smokes?
I'd like to buy some smokes, please.

If you, yourself are going to the store and you would like to ask for cigarettes, you say, " I would like some cigarettes, please" or " May I have a pack of Marlboro, please?"or "Have you got Camel cigarettes? I would like 1 pack please". It is better to specify which brand, especially if you want to be quick, because the store clerk is going to ask you anyway. If you are not sure if they sell cigarettes, as nowadays cigarettes are sold only in specific stores, both in the US and Europe, you can say, "Do you sell cigarettes here?" or "Have you got cigarettes?" or "Where can I buy cigarettes"
"I would like some cigarettes, please"(タバコを買いたいのですが)
"May I have a pack of Marlboro, please?"(マルボロを1箱お願いします)
"Have you got Camel cigarettes? I would like 1 pack please.(キャメルはありますか?1箱買いたいのですが)

"Do you sell cigarettes here?"(ここでタバコを売っていますか?)
"Have you got cigarettes?"(タバコはありますか?)
"Where can I buy cigarettes"(どこでタバコを買えますか?)
