英語では「[相談](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/34875/)」という単語はないので、近い単語だと “talk” (単に喋るという意味) か “ask questions” (質問する) のニュアンスになります。
「[困る](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/974/)」は “be/get confused” ですが、この場合は言わなくても大丈夫です。
“Don’t hesitate to ask for my help” = 助けか必要だったら気使わずに聞いて
don't hesitate は「遠慮しないで」の意味です。
“Please come to me if you have any questions” = 質問あったら聞いてください。
又は “Feel free to ask me any questions” (気軽に質問を聞いてください)
“You can always ask me questions if there’s a problem” = トラブルが起きたらいつでも聞いてください。
Please come ask me anytime if you have any questions.
Please feel free to ask anything.
気軽になんでも聞いてください。

let me know：知らせる

「困ったら」という言い方は以下のような表現があります。

他にも適切な表現があるのですが、これらは一般的且つ使いやすい表現です。
