「会社の都合でシフトが直前（急に）に変更になる」を訳したいです。
会社の都合は"company circumstances"でよいのでしょうか。

「会社の都合で」の英訳としては「Due to the company's circumstances」は合っていますが、あまり言わないと思います。「for their own reasons」「to suit their own needs」はもっと自然です。
上記の３番目は一番会話的な言い方です。「had some problem」は「いくつか問題があった」ではなく、「何かの問題があった」という意味です。

会社の都合で直前にシフトが変わってしまうと、
予定が立て辛くて困りますね。
さて、『会社の都合』ですが
"company's convenience" （会社の都合）
"due to~" や "becouse of ~" （~のせいで、～が原因で）
"they change our sifts" (シフトが変わる）
この"they" は『会社』もしくは『シフトを計画する人など』となります。
誰だかわからないけど、"they" と言ってしまうと簡単に表現できてしまうところが
英語って便利ですよね。
"at the last munite" （直前に、最後の最後に）
"just before~" （～の直前に）
ですので、これらを組み合わせて
"Due to the company's convenience, they change our shifts at the last minute!"
（会社の都合でシフトが直前に変わってしまう！）
と言う感じになります。
