消臭する、または、消臭対応をするは「Deodorize」と言う一つの単語で対応できます。
まず、臭さは「odor」と言います。
それを除外するため、前に「de-」をおきます。
したがって、「Deodorize」になります。
質問者様の例ですと「This is a smoking room, so we'll deodorize it for you」。
でも、中にはそれですら駄目な人がいるので最後に「Is that ok?」と聞いてみると良いと思います。
