基本的に「Goal, Objective, Target」という三つの単語で表現できます。意味もニュアンスも全く同じです。

という文章になります。
「目標」は英語で「goal」や、「target」、「aim」、「objective」と言います。ニュアンスの違いはあまりないですが、「aim」は動詞としても使えます。
I worked hard to achieve my goal.
（私は努力して目標を達成する事が出来た。）

My target is to start my own business before I’m 40.
（40歳になる前に自分のビジネスを作る事が私の目標です。）
目標は英語でGoalが一番普通の言い方です。Objectiveでも大丈夫ですが、goalと比べれば多少フォーマルな言い方です。

「目標」という単語をそのまま英語に訳せば「goal」などになります。
ただ、文章の中ではいろいろな訳が当てられます。
【例】
What are your goals for this year?
→今年の目標は。
What are your new year's resolutions?
→新年の抱負（目標）は。
「目標」を「やりたいこと」と考えれば「want to」も使えるかもしれません。
【例】
I want to master English.
→英語をマスターしたいです。

彼女は３９歳までに１億貯めるという目標を達成した
goalの他にobjectiveというのも「目標」という意味で使えます。
His objective was to become a great actor.
彼の目標は一流の俳優になることだった
目標 = goal/objective。二つ以上があれば, goals / objectivesを使います (複数形)。
"objective"は goalより形式言い方と思います。日常会話で "goal"を使います。
目標に向けて努力する = I'm trying hard to achieve my goals/objectives.
例文：
弟は自分の目標に向かって一生懸命働いているですから誇りに思っています。
I am proud of my brother because he works hard towards his goals.

小さいな目標（毎週クリアするターゲットや目標なら）objective と言います。

target は具体的な数値などを伴う目標、
objective はビジネスで使われることが多く、目標としている事業そのものを指し、
aim は個人的な目標を意味します。
