研修って英語でなんて言うの？

こんにちは。 「研修」は training と言えます。日本語でも「[トレーニング](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/33787/)」と言いますね。 例えば「[新入社員研修](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/6203/)」なら new employee training と言えます。 【例】 I will participate in my company's new employee training next week. 「私は来週、会社の新入社員研修に参加します」 ぜひ参考にしてください。

研修は英語でtrainingやskills developmentと言います。Trainingが一般的な言い方です。Skills developmentは「人材育成コース」(skills development course)のような言い回しです。 例） 会社の研修に参加する I'll participate in the company training I'll participate in the skills development course 研修生 trainee 今研修期間に入っています I'm in my training period 研修旅行 Training retreat ご参考になれば幸いです。

(私は研修コースに参加するように促された。) ・This is a training targeted at management skill. (この研修はマネジメントにターゲットを絞っている。) ・Training workshop (特定のスキル研鑽を目的とした研修会)

「研修」は ”training" と言う事が多いです。 またアメリカでは実際に業務をこなしながら研修する事を　”on the job training" 略で　”OJT" と言う事があります。 My company offers OJT. （私の会社は実務研修をさせてくれる） お役に立てると幸いです(^^)
