Unagi is a bit more expensive than other "local" meals and as such it is mainly

Eel/ Unagi is high in protein, vitamin A, and calcium. Shizuoka Prefecture is considered to be the home of the highest quality Eel/unagi. This lake is surrounded by many small restaurants specializing in various eel/unagi dishes.
