一つ目は、“Will you kindly”（低姿勢で、“○○していただけませんか？”）から始め、
“take into consideration”（考慮に入れていただく）、
“we can only give you two hours”（ポイントは、“only two hours”（２時間しか）と言わずに、“only”を“give you”に付けることで“２時間で終えていただく”、その方法しか提供できない、他に選択肢が無いんです、というニュアンスを与えた丁寧な表現にします。）
二個目の例は少し短め、“We’re asking everyone”（予約された方々全員（平等に）にお願いしております。）と始めて、“for all tables reserved”（予約席は全部）という終え方をしますので簡潔でこれもまたサービス提供する側からの丁寧に断る表現として使えるかな？と思います。

上記の表現に続けて、お客様に対し理由を伝えたい時は、
