To say 'I'll be out in ten' means that you will be ready and out of your house in ten minutes. You could also say I will be out in five, two etc. depending on how long you think it will take you to get ready. If you lived in an apartment above the ground floor, you could instead say 'I will be DOWN in ten', meaning that you will come down from your apartment once ready.
「I'll be out in ten」は、10分で準備ができ、家を出る、という意味です。

Well, you are getting prrepared to leave home and perhaps spend an evening out with a friend. In terms of your rendezvous, if you friend wants you to come immediately, what you are actually doing inside the house is not important. The second sentence recognises that fact. Alternatively, you could just tell your friend to stop pressurising you and that you will be out when you are ready in your own time! See sentence 3.

Sometimes people can put a lot of pressure on others demanding immediate action. Such as in this case whereby someone wants you to go and meet him/her right away. That person does not care what you could be busy with right now. He/she just needs you right away. However, you may need to dress up appropriately in order for you to get out of the and meet someone. This being the case here, you may say to this person:
