ベートーベンやモーツァルトなどの
ヨーロッパに代表される伝統的な古典音楽のことはclassical musicと言います。
質問にある「クラシック」はこちらで解釈しました。
1. To be 'into something' means to be interested in something, for it to be a hobby, a pastime or enjoyable activity for you.
2. To be one's thing = to be your favourite thing, or an important thing in your life.
"Ice skating is not my thing." This means you do not like ice skating.
3. 'Strictly classical' = You like this thing above all others.
"I used to love swimming but these days my sport is strictly roller skating."
1. into somethingとは、何か興味のあること、例えば趣味や余暇など自分にとって楽しいアクティビティを指すことが多いです。
2. To be one's thing = 自分の好きなこと、自分の人生の大事なこと
"Ice skating is not my thing." この場合、好きではないことを表します。
アイススケートは別に好きなことじゃない。.
3. 'Strictly classical'何にかえても好きなこと
"I used to love swimming but these days my sport is strictly roller skating."
水泳が昔は大好きだったけど、今はローラースケートが何に替えても好き。
"I have a thing for classical music."
You have a special interest in classical music
"I recently got into classical music."
You started enjoying this type of music not long ago.
"Classical music is my thing nowadays."
Classical music is a genre you just started enjoying.
your thing = something you like/enjoy
"I have a thing for classical music."
①「クラシック音楽に目がない。」
クラシック音楽に特別な思い入れがある。
"I recently got into classical music."
②「最近、クラシック音楽にはまっている。」
クラシックを好んで聴くようになったのは、最近のこと。
"Classical music is my thing nowadays."
③「クラシック音楽が趣味だ。」
My thing=自分が好きなものや楽しいと思うもの。
The three sentences you see provided above are excellent ways to express to your listener that you enjoy classical music. In the second sentence you will see the noun thing. If something is our thing it means that it is our hobby and it takes up a lot of our attention and time. This is a word that is common in our everyday conversation and it would make a great addition to your vocabulary.
三例とも、クラシック音楽が好きなことを伝える言い方です。
二つ目の例には名詞の「thing」が使われています。「something is my thing」は、たくさんの時間や興味を注いでいる趣味を表します。これは日常会話でよく使われる言葉ですから、語彙に加えておくといいと思います。
To 'be into' something means that you have been enjoying it so you could simply say
'I've been into classical music lately'
You could also say 'Ive been listening to classical music lately or 'Ive been enjoying classical music lately'
be into' は、物事を楽しんでいることを表します。ですので、シンプルに以下のように言えます。
'I've been into classical music lately'(最近クラシックにはまっている)
また他に、
'Ive been listening to classical music lately(最近クラシックを聞いている)
又は、
'Ive been enjoying classical music lately'(最近クラシックを楽しんでいる)
と言うことも出来ます。
おっしゃられている内容は、以下のように表現できると思いました(*^_^*)
I'm into classical music.
「私はクラシック音楽にはまっている」
I often listen to classical music.
「私はクラシック音楽をよく聞きます」
I love classical music.
「クラシック音楽が大好きです」
以上です。
少しでも参考になれば幸いです(*^_^*)
