"I am a graduate of Tokyo University." or "I graduated from Tokyo University." Both sentences explain that you went to Tokyo University and that you now have a degree. As they are both in the past tense.
You can also say that you have a particular degree from Tokyo Uni. "Uni" being the shortened version of "University". For example "I have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Tokyo Uni."
"I am a graduate of Tokyo University." もしくは "I graduated from Tokyo University." どちらも過去形なので、東京[大学](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36222/)をでて、[学位](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/64354/)をとったという意味になります。
また、どんな学位をとったのか詳しく説明することもできます。"Uni" とは"University"の省略です。例えば、"I have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Tokyo Uni."東京大学の学士号を持っています。という風に伝えることもできます。
We would use the sentence, "I graduated from Tokyo University." Or, "I am a graduate from Tokyo University." This means that you have successfully completed your studies or training at Tokyo University. Both of these statements are very popular and formal in stating that you graduated from a specific University. The last statement is less formal but more popular amongs many young people in the U.S.
When you want to explain to someone that you graduated from Tokyo University, then you say:

-I'm a Tokyo University graduate. I completed my B.A. degree there last year.
-I'm a Tokyo University alumnus. It's one of the best universities in Japan.

When explaining that you have graduated from college or university, you can use phrases like:
I graduated from university.
I graduated from Tokyo university.
I am a university graduate.
I am a Cambridge university graduate.

2) 心理学部の学士号を持っていますと表現するには
I have a batchelor's degree in physiology.
修士号はMaster's degree, 博士号はPhDで表現します。
3) alumni: 卒業生 という意味です。
Referring to university as “uni” is very common when talking informally. You may choose to say you went to Tokyo Uni when talking with friends.
Another word for a graduate is alumnus/alumna. An alumnus/alumna is a former student of a university or school. A man would say alumnus, but a woman would say alumna. The plural is “alumni”.

These phrases imply that you have completed your course of study and received your degree from Tokyo University. You can use the same phrases and replace Tokyo University with the name of the school you went to if it was a different tertiary school. Alumna/alumnus/alum is actually a Latin word commonly used in English. It is the singular form of graduate in its male, female or modern form. English is comprised of words originating from different languages so this is a frequent occurrence.
Here are two ways of saying that you are a graduate of Tokyo University:
"I attained my degree from Tokyo University."
"I am an alumnus of Tokyo University."
By saying that you attained your degree means that you had received and completed your degree. As well as being an alumnus represents that you are a graduate of the university also. Hopefully, these two options help you!
