早い順って英語でなんて言うの？

教科書から子供に問題を出すときに〜順に並べてみて！って言いたい。

例えば
put the words in alphabetical order ＝ 単語をABC順に並べて
put the sentences in time order, starting with the earliest ＝　文章を早い順に並べてみて

というのは上記の表現で代替言い表せます。
in order of importance「重要度の順に」
in order of height「身長順に」
