アンテナが高いって英語でなんて言うの？

in tune with = ～と調和して、通じて 昔の噂で、耳を地面につけて聞くと、馬や馬車が来ているなら聞こえるという。なので、「keep your ear to the ground」と言います。

(君は本当にアンテナの高い、優秀な社員だな～） keep oneself open to ~で「～に対してオープンでいる」という感じになります。 一方のbe with good antennaeは「アンテナ」"antennae"をそのまま使った「アンテナの高い」という表現になります。「アンテナの高い人たち」people with good antennaeという形でよく使われます。
