2灯式ランプの場合は申請ボタンを押して下さい。って英語でなんて言うの？

2灯式ランプの場合は、「2灯式ランプ」申請ボタンを押して下さい。を英語で言う場合は、上記で伝わりますか？

「２灯式」＝Dual lamp, 「ヘッドランプ」は「ヘッドライト」でしょうか？「ヘッドライト」は\"headlight\"です。ボタンには「DUAL LAMP」もしくは「DUAL LAMP TYPE/SYSTEM」と書いてある前提になります。「手持ちの器械が２灯式であれば２灯式ボタンを押下」という指示では、”Please press the \"DUAL LAMP\" button in case your device (is equipped with/has) a dual lamp system\"となります。「２灯式の場合は、」＝\"In case of the dual lamp systems, \", \"For the dual lamp systems\" 「申請」＝application, 「アイコンを押す」＝\"click the icon\", 「ボタンを押下」＝\"press the button.\"
