闇鍋というものはアメリカにはありませんが、名前をつけるとしたら secret hot pot でしょう。
Secret は 秘密、そして鍋はhot pot ですので、「秘密の鍋」という訳し方になります。
説明としては
First, each person will bring a secret ingredient/food to put in the hot pot.
まず、みんな各自一つの秘密の材料を持参します。
Next, we will turn off the lights so no one can see what’s inside the pot. 次に、鍋の中が見えないように、電気を消して暗くします。
Next, we will throw in all the ingredients into the hot pot.
次に、全ての材料を鍋に入れます。
Once the hot pot starts to boil, it’s ready and everyone eats in the dark.
鍋が沸いたら、出来上がりです。そして暗闇の中で食べます。
You don’t know what you’re going to get so beware,
何が当たるかわからないので、気をつけて。
