天気の話題は、どこでも使えるので、英語での言い方を覚えておきたいです。

「Spring has come!」は、春が終わりに差し掛かったことを表現します。まるで長い冬を越えた歓びを伝えるかのように、このフレーズは文学的な表現とも言えます。

As with any season, you can simply say that the season has 'arrived' or 'come'.
For example:
"Spring has arrived!"
"Winter has come!"
"Summer has arrived!
"Autumn has come!"
You can also simply say that it is spring/winter/summer/autumn.
An important note - the seasons are not considered proper nouns and the first letter of the word describing the season is NOT written as a capital letter, unless of course it is the first word of the sentence.
