ASAP は as soon as possible の略でよく使われる表現です。
urgent は「緊急」の意味で、例えば日本語のメール件名の【至急】のような感じでも使えます。
reply は「返信」「回答」の意味です。
さらに丁寧に言いたい場合は：

Any one of these statements can be used to ask someone to reply your email as soon as possible:-

The word "prompt" means something that is done immedialtey and without delay. Whenever we start a sentence with the words "I look forward to XX" it is a polite way of asking someone to do something. , in this case without delay.
2. Please reply ASAP
"ASAP" means As soon as possible. This simpy means that you are asking the person to respond immediately.
どちらも、できるだけ早くメールに返信するようお願いする言い方です：

"prompt"とは、「速やかな」「すぐの」という意味です。"I look forward to XX"は、人に何かを（この場合遅れることなく）するようお願いする丁寧な言い方です。
