店をつぎつぎにはしごすることをPub-crawl / Bar--crawlとかBar-hopといいます。

またお酒にかぎらずにいうなら、つぎからつぎへと行く事をgo from OO to OOという言い方が出来るので、

A pub crawl is simply the action of moving from one place that serves alcohol to the next. Usually after taking one or two drinks. Crawl is not really showing action here as you would not usually be crawling. but more likely speed as it is done at a slow pace.
A pub crawlはお酒を飲む場所を次から次へと移動していくことを指します。たいてい1,2杯飲んで、次のお店に移動します。
Crawlは、もともと腹ばいで歩く、ハイハイするなどの意味がありますが、ここでは特にそのような意味としては使われていませんが、スローペースという意味では合っているかもしれません。
Many times, going from bar to bar, pub to pub, is perceived more as an action rather than a thing. Hence, the term "pubcrawling" is more appropriate. It also applies to the social activeness that is associated with bars and pubs.
"Frequenting bars" is more official as citing this activities in a professional way. It's a term one might use when writing a police report. ex. "The assailant was noted for frequenting the bar in question."
「going from bar to bar」「going from pub to pub」は「物事」というよりも「行動」と見なされることが多いです。
ですから「pubcrawling」がより適切です。これは社交性の高さも表します。
「Frequenting bars」はより正式です。警察の調書で使われるような言い方です。
"The assailant was noted for frequenting the bar in question."
（その襲撃者は問題のバーに頻繁に出入りしていると報告されていた）
Barhopping is one way you can say this. It doesn't mean literal hopping on one leg, rather implies moving quickly from one bar to the next. In Britain this can be known also as a 'Pub-crawl'. This is where you go from one pub to the next and the crawling implies that by the time you get the end you will be intoxicated.
Some people do this on a night out so if you were to say a night out they would assume you were going to multiple places.
Barhoppingとははしご酒を表す言葉の一つです。文字通り片足で跳ねることを言っているのではなく、あるバーから次のバーへ素早く移動することを表しています。
イギリスでは、'Pub-crawl'がよく知られています。これは、あるバーから次々とバーを渡り歩き、しまいには酔っぱらってしまうことを意味します。
夜で歩くときにはしご酒をする人もいるので、 a night out と言うと、いくつかの場所を飲み渡ると捉える人もいます。
In my area we usually say, "Would you like to go for a drink?" or "How about going out to get some drinks?" to mean that we are wanting to get some alcoholic drinks. If you say "Lets go clubbing" or "Do you want to go clubbing?" then that means going to a couple of different clubs or bars to drink and dance. That way you are not stuck at one bar or club. You often go to different ones depending on how exciting or fun they are.
私の住んでいるところでは、お酒を飲みに行くとき：
"Would you like to go for a drink?"
〔訳〕飲みに行かない？
または、
"How about going out to get some drinks?"
〔訳〕飲みに行くのはどう？
が一般的です。
また、クラブ、バーを2、3軒回るときは：
"Let's go clubbing"
"Do you want to go clubbing?"
一つのバー、クラブでは終わらない、ということです。
面白かったり、楽しいと、いろいろなところを回ることが多いですね。
If you go from one bar to another for drinks then you can use the terms 'Bar hopping' or a 'Bar/pub crawl' these both mean the same
So you could say 'We went on a pub crawl last night' or 'We went bar hopping last night'
次から次へとバーへ行くこと（はしご酒）を、Bar hopping（バーをホップする）またはBar/pub crawl（バーやパブを這う）と言います。
