体制って英語でなんて言うの？

「the company structure is old/obsolete」会社の体制が古い。
「organization」や「system」も意味は通じます。

今回の場合の「体制」は structure や system を使って表現することができます。

【例】
The company structure is old-fashioned.
その会社の体制は時代遅れだ。

The system is out of date.
その体制はもう古い。

「古い」は old の他に old-fashioned（古風な、時代遅れの）や out of date（時代遅れの、古くさい）なども使えます。
