辞令交付って英語でなんて言うの？

I was presented with a letter of appointment at the company's welcoming ceremony. 入社式で辞令が交付されました。

入社時の場合： I got my letter of appointment. I got appointed to the 〇〇 department. 社内異動なら I got transferred to the 〇〇 department. 昇進なら I got promoted to head of ~. I was appointed as Section Manager. あるいは多数の人事異動する場合は There’s a personnel shift going on this month. などと言います。
