抽選は英語でraffleと言います。
アメリカですとよく学校で資金集めのために小学生が
抽選券（raffle ticket）を売ったりします。
数ある抽選券の中から[当選](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/68454/)くじを引くことを drawと言います。
このdrawですが、「絵を描く」という意味のdrawと同じ単語です。
以下をご覧いただくと、drawという言うのは「[引く](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/53134/)」というニュアンスが
あることがわかります。
draw a picture (線を引いて絵を描く）
draw a raffle ticket（抽選権を引く）
draw a curtain（カーテンを引く/幕を引く）
「抽選で５名さまにプレゼントを差し上げます」は英語で
５ winners will be drawn at random.
と言います。
*at random 無作為に
「プレゼントを差し上げる」の部分はwinnerと表現することで
何かを勝ち取ることがわかります。
ちなみにこの場合のプレゼントはpresentと言わず、prize（[景品](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/65840/)）と言います。

Lottery と raffle はよく使われている言葉です。しかし、lotteryは「お金に当たる」のイメージがあります。動詞で使いたい場合は to draw a raffle/ to play the lottery です。
「差し上げます」は英語で to give です。そして to offer も使えます, でもよくサービスのことについて表しています。
