といった表現が、だれかが似ているときの表現になります。誰かがだれかとそっくりのばあいは、一番最後の表現、'Are you twins'とも個人的にはよく使います。
次には、親戚ですかという表現になります。
'Are you related to him/her?'
'Are you by any chance his/her relative?'
'Are you both related by blood?'
といった表現になります。
