例えば、一旦返金をされようとされている係員がいるのとして、その対応の場合に「差額だけを支払いたい、前回の返金はしなくていいから」と言う場面だと、"We would like to pay the difference. You don't have to pay me back the last reservation."と言われるといいです。「返金」は、"refund"です
