まず「① Mac aficionados 」はスペイン語から借りている、英文でもよく見かける「aficionado」。ラテン系言語は結構他の国から言葉を借りたりします。
意味は「ファン」です。商品・会社・アクティビティに対して非常に好意的な人を表します。
もっと簡単な言い方は「② Apple devotees」。「アップル社の信者」の直訳ですが、皮肉りも入っているので、普通以上にアップル社製品に拘るファンを意味します。
もちろん、他の回答者たちの回答もいけると思います。「Fanboy」なんてよく聞きます。

これはすいません、もしかしたらネット上の〝ＰＣオタク” などの決まり文句がある〝かも” しれませんが、まずは普通の表現で伝わる言い方を幾つか紹介しますね。
一つは、〝I'm a Mac-User”、直訳すると〝Ｍａｃ製品のユーザーです。” となりますが、これは英語では〝I'm crazy about...” や ”I love ...” などの単に〝○○が大好き” という言い方を超えた “○○しか使わない人”、“○○だけを信じて、惚れて、使いまくっている人” というニュアンスを持った言い方になります。

また、こういった意味としての表現であれば、"I believe in...”（私は○○を信じています）という表現もまた同じような意味で “○○をすごく使っています。” という意味で使えます。

全て決まった専門用語や流行言葉ではないかもしれませんが、言いたいことは必ず伝わるはずの自然な表現です。

英語では Apple fanboy という表現がよく使われます。
