入会手続きって英語でなんて言うの？

入会は入校のことと理解して回答しますが、入校はよく「admission」と呼び、その手続きは「admission process」です。 例：Please talk to the man over there to complete your admission process. （入校手続きを完了するにはあちらの男性にお申し出ください） 一般的に登録の手続きは「registration」と言います。それは学校であれ、会員制のクラブであれregistrationが個人情報の記録や入会条件の確認をするという意味で使用されています。 例：Once you've completed registrations, you will be able to take lessons here. （登録手続きが完了してからこちらで授業を受けることができます） また、registrationをmatriculationとも言いますが恐らく英語ネイティブでも聞いたことがない方は少なくないでしょう。書面なら使えるかもしれませんが応募している学生にadmission processかregistrationをいうのはおすすめです。 さて、全文を翻訳するとこうなります。 「You will take your trial lesson here, but complete the admission process at another wing of the school.」 （こちらで体験授業を受けさせてもらいますが、入校手続きは他棟でしてもらいます） wingは羽も意味しますがこちらで「棟」と意味します。他の校舎はanother building of this schoolとも言えます。 入校手続きはその場で完了しないことの場合、completeよりは「begin」か「do」と言った方が正確です。
