She always seems to have someone staying over at her place.
She's used to having people stay over at her's.
(1) She always seems to have someone staying over at her place
'always seems to ~' = 「いつも〜みたいだ」「よく〜みたいだ」
'her place' = 「彼女の家」「彼女のところ」
(2) She's used to having people stay over at her's
'~ is used to ~' =「〜は〜に慣れている」
'stay over' =「泊まる」
'at her's' = 「彼女の家」「彼女のところ」
(1) 'She always seems to have someone staying over at her place, especially after a drink'
(2) 'She's used to having people stay over at her's, especially after drinking parties'
She's used to having people stay at her house.
to be used to ...
She often lets her friends stay at her house after they've been drinking.
to let one's friends stay at one's house
