「彼女の家にはよく誰かが泊まっているみたいだ」

'~ is used to ~' ＝「〜は〜に慣れている」
'stay over' ＝「泊まる」
'at her's' = 「彼女の家」「彼女のところ」
「かの女は自分の家に人を泊めることに慣れている」
