だけは手に入らない。って英語でなんて言うの？

いくらお金があっても、健康だけは手に入らない。とか、
どんなに人気があっても、彼女の愛だけは手に入らない。
とか、
それしか手に入らないの反対で、
それだけは手に入らない。
それだけは話が別。。。と言いたい時。。。

I can’t buy good health. (健康を買うことはできない)。
I can’t buy love. (愛を買うことはできない)。つまり 手に入らない、と言う意味です。

例えば:
Even if I had all the money in the wold, I can’t buy good health.
(世界で一番お金持ちでも、良い健康は買えない)。

Even if I was the richest and most popular guy in town, I can’t buy her love. 
(この町で一番お金持ちで人気者でも、彼女の愛は買えない)。

“I don't care too much for money, money can't buy me love.”
(お金は大切ではない、お金では愛は買えないから)。
