①I've read the comic book, but I haven't watched the anime version of it yet.

「漫画は読んだけど、アニメ版はまだ観ていない。」

I've read it in the comic book→It（その話）は漫画で読んだ
I haven't watched the anime version of it yet→（その話の）アニメ版はまだ観ていない。

②I've read this episode in manga, but I haven't watched the anime yet.

「このエピソード（話）は漫画で読んだけど、アニメはまだ観ていない。」

I've read this episode in manga→この話は漫画で読んだ
I haven't watched the anime yet→アニメはまだ観ていない

I have xxx but, I haven't xxx yet.
→「○○はあるけど、□□はまだない。」
