承知の上ですって英語でなんて言うの？

「承知の上です」＝　be aware / agree that / understand that 「値段が高いことは承知の上です」＝　I am aware that the price is high. / I agree the high price. / I understand that the price is high. 文脈によって違う主語などを使う必要がありますが、上記の三つの表現を使う事が出来ると思います。
