  • (1) Let's just wait for another fifteen minutes.

  • (2) Let us wait for another fifteen minutes.

★ Let's wait another 15 minutes. ★ Let's give them another 15 minutes.

もっと正式な言い方なら「② We should wait another 15 minutes.」(後15分待ちましょう)。

1. Can we hold on for another 15 minutes before the meeting starts , to see if anyone else comes? The expression "hold on" means to wait on something. 2. Can we wait another 15 minutes to see if any participants will arrive. Both these sentences are asking that the meeting starts after 15 minutes to give participants a chance to arrive to the meeting.
1. Can we hold on for another 15 minutes before the meeting starts , to see if anyone else comes? 2. Can we wait another 15 minutes to see if any participants will arrive.

Let's give it another 15 minutes. Let's give her 15 minutes. We should wait for another 15 minutes, just to be sure. Are acceptable responses in this situation.
●Let's give it another 15 minutes. ●Let's give her 15 minutes. ●We should wait for another 15 minutes, just to be sure.
