The two sentences you see provided above are excellent ways to express to your listener that tofu does not have a particular flavor or taste. In the second sentence you will see the word bland. This means flavorless or tasteless. This is a word that we use a lot when describing food that is tasteless, it would make a great addition to your vocabulary.
