一時的に入国したいって英語でなんて言うの？

乗継の間、空港をでることはできますか？

という意味になります。
during.... 〜の間
Transit.... 乗継
ほかにもstopover も transit の代わりに使えます。

わたしの住んでいる英国では、transit visa というものがいるようです。
ですので、

Do I need to apply for a transit visa for my stopover flight in the UK?
(イギリスで途中で止まるにはビザを申し込む必要がありますか)
と聞くこともできるでしょうか。

その「一時的に入国したい」が英語で「I want to enter the country temporarily」か「I want to enter the country to transit only」と言います。

一時的に　ー　Temporarily / only temporarily / to transit only
入国　ー　enter the country
したい　ー　I want to / I will / I am
