顧客との関係が悪化する。って英語でなんて言うの？

質問者様のシチュエーションだと、関係が悪化するだけで、崩壊までは至らないので、「It's not good for the relationship with the customer」を推奨します。

資料の例にすると：「If you send the wrong material, it's not good for the relationship with the customer, so be careful」。

完全に崩壊した時は「Breakdown in customer relations」になります。
でも、これは最悪な場合なので、そんなに使うことはないかもしれないですね。

「我々の関係を弱体化させる（悪くする）」はundermine our relationshipで表現できますが、「（自分たちが）誤った資料を（顧客に）送る」ことが原因であるならば、「我々の信用を損なう」としたほうが良いのではないかと思うので、その部分を変えてみました。　

もし、「悪化させる」を使いたいのであれば上記表現に置き換えて使ってみてください。

Undermine＝「（評判などを）損ねる」
sending them a wrong material「彼らに誤った資料を送ること」
client=「顧客」
can undermine＝「損なう可能性がある」
credibility＝「信用」

Be careful. Sending the wrong material to our clients can undermine our credibility.
「気を付けて。顧客に間違った資料を送ることは我々の信用を損ないかねないからね」
