あいつ早く仕事辞めればいいのになって英語でなんて言うの？

仕事を辞めることは「quit」です。

多くの日本人の方は「retire」と間違って使っていますが、 retire は辞職でなく引退や定年退職の事です。

従って、「I hope he quits soon」。

もっと酷く言うなら「I hope he gets fired soon」（早くクビになるといい）

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI wish he would quit his job soon.
「あいつ早く仕事辞めたらいいのに」

ーWouldn't it be nice if he quit his job one of these days soon?
「近いうちにあいつ仕事辞めたら良くない？」

to quit one's job で「仕事を辞める」
