私は、午前と午後を間違えましたって英語でなんて言うの？

「午前と午後を間違えた」は ❶ I confused a.m. and p.m. ❷ I got mixed up with a.m and p.m. I confused 5a.m. with 5p.m. (午前５時を午後５時と間違えました)。 A.m. は午前 P.m. は午後です。

「午前」は morning になり、「午後」は afternoon でも言えます。 「間違えました」は I got confused か I made a mistake になります。 「約束していた時間を　午前と午後を間違えた」というのは I made a mistake about whether the time we had arranged was in the morning or in the afternoon で表現できます。 参考になれば幸いです。
